DRIFTLINE ROOFING · WEBSITE INFORMATION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Information about using our website, requesting estimates, and understanding the documents that apply to your roofing project.

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Your signed roofing agreement controls your project’s scope, pricing, payment terms, and warranties.

01. WEBSITE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of driftlineroofing.com and the website tools provided by Driftline Roofing ("Driftline," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them before using the website or submitting a request. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website. You may contact us directly with questions.

These terms address website use. They do not replace a signed roofing proposal, construction agreement, change order, warranty, or other written agreement for your project. If these website terms conflict with your signed project agreement, that agreement controls the project.

02. ROOFING INFORMATION

Website content explains our services and provides general information about roofing materials, maintenance, repairs, replacement, and related topics. It is not a property-specific inspection, engineering opinion, or determination of the condition of your roof.

Roof conditions vary. Recommendations depend on an inspection, access, visible and concealed conditions, the selected roofing system, and applicable project requirements. Website information about insurance, financing, or building requirements is general information and does not replace advice from your insurer, lender, attorney, engineer, or local authority.

03. ESTIMATES AND ONLINE QUOTING

Submitting an inspection request, completing a contact form, or using an online estimate tool does not create a construction contract, authorize work, or reserve an installation date. Driftline must confirm project scope, service availability, scheduling, and the applicable written agreement.

The online roof estimate tool is intended for roof replacement only. It does not provide a final price for repairs, emergency service, or every possible project condition. Online results are preliminary planning estimates, not binding offers or guaranteed final prices.

Final pricing may depend on verified measurements, roof complexity, material selection, decking condition, tear-off requirements, ventilation, flashing, permits, access, and other project-specific factors. Any changes to an agreed scope or price are handled under your project agreement.

04. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND SCHEDULING

Service-area information describes the communities we serve or evaluate for roofing work. Availability for a particular address depends on the project, crew capacity, and scheduling. Contact us to confirm coverage.

Requested dates and response times are not confirmed appointments until our team verifies them. Weather, safe access, material availability, permitting, inspections, and concealed conditions can affect scheduling. A website submission is not an emergency dispatch service. For an urgent roofing concern, call us directly; for an immediate threat to life or safety, contact emergency services.

05. PROJECT AGREEMENTS, PAYMENTS AND WARRANTIES

Your written project agreement establishes the scope of work, materials, pricing, payment schedule, deposits, change-order procedures, cancellation terms, and other project obligations. These website terms do not add cancellation fees, payment penalties, or other construction charges.

Website descriptions of workmanship and manufacturer warranties are summaries. Eligibility, coverage periods, exclusions, maintenance obligations, registration requirements, and transfer rights depend on the applicable written warranty and selected roofing system. Request the warranty documents for your project before deciding.

Any available financing is subject to the financing provider’s approval and separate terms. Driftline does not guarantee approval, a particular interest rate, or specific payment terms through this website.

06. INSURANCE-RELATED INFORMATION

Driftline may inspect roofing conditions, document visible damage, and prepare a roofing scope or estimate. Your insurance carrier determines coverage and claim payments under your policy. A roof inspection or estimate does not guarantee that a claim will be approved or paid.

You remain responsible for reviewing your policy, understanding your deductible and other obligations, and obtaining any advice you need about a claim. Website statements do not modify your insurance policy.

07. INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT

Provide accurate contact and property information, and submit information only when you are authorized to do so. Do not send payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information through general website forms.

You authorize us to use the information you submit to evaluate and respond to your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending us a project photo or document does not, by itself, grant permission to publish your name, address, or image for advertising.

08. CALLS, EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES

When you ask us to contact you, we may respond using the contact details you provide to discuss your inquiry, estimate, appointment, or project. A service request or your use of this website does not, by itself, constitute consent to automated marketing calls or promotional text messages.

Where marketing consent is required, it must be obtained separately. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing roofing services. You may ask us to stop promotional communications by emailing or calling us. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, when provided.

If you separately enroll in a Driftline text-message program, its opt-in disclosure identifies the messages covered by your consent. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance where supported, or contact us directly. Do not rely on text messages for emergency assistance.

09. ACCEPTABLE USE AND WEBSITE CONTENT

You may access this website for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about our services or contacting us. Do not submit fraudulent requests, impersonate someone else, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website or other visitors.

Website text, branding, designs, photos, and other materials are owned by Driftline or used with permission from their respective owners, except where otherwise stated. You may view, share links to, and save information for your own project planning. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission from the rights holder, except as permitted by law.

10. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

The website may link to or embed third-party services, such as online estimate tools, maps, financing applications, and review platforms. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Review them before submitting information or entering into a separate agreement.

We do not control every feature, statement, or practice of an independent third-party website. A link does not guarantee the availability or accuracy of that provider’s services.

11. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

We work to keep website information useful and accurate, but errors, outdated information, and service interruptions can occur. We may correct website content or update tools without advance notice. Contact us to confirm information that is important to your project.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational tools are provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. This provision does not disclaim warranties for roofing work, change a signed contract, or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. CHANGES AND APPLICABLE LAW

We may update these website terms by posting a revised version and changing the date shown above. Updates apply prospectively and do not amend an existing signed project agreement without the agreement required for that change.

Florida law governs these website terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not require arbitration or waive any right to participate in a class action.
